Well tonite im roaming through town in the car and I see this kid who a week ago said his monte carlo SS with a 3800 v6 could stomp my car in a drag race, so I said yup im sure it can. So tonite I spotted him and asked him to race, he accepts and I try to start car it just turn overs and im like NOOOOOO but I try again and it fires, of course the hillbillies with there slow *** trucks have to say something about it not starting. Anyways we get to the "strip" and I beat him by like 10 lenghts. Then he says ill eat you from a roll, so we was gonna do 55mph which is perfect for my a4 because it will downshift to like 4 grand, but like 4 cars are coming so I have to slow down to 35 and at this point im like crap im gonna be at like 2.5k rpms, so he goes for the rolling pass and I floor it and beat him again. Once back to the meeting place he says I know a car that can beat yours, and I said yah I watch top fuel dragsters on tv to. It just makes me mad when people do crap like this. Also someone gave me a pipeshot in a festiva. eariler that day I "beat" my step dads 5.7 hemi dodge ram truck that he thinks can stomp my car, it was not exactly a good plan to start the race but non the less. So now the old lady next door is like, his truck had you if that car would not of been coming (that car was a mile away lol) and I said you wanna put money on it I bet you 5 grand my car can take his, then she just kept rambling on.

Good kills, I guess. Its always annoying racing someone you know you outclass. People just don't know what fast is. I used to have cars try to race me on my little CBR600 (11.3's in the 1/4) and I'd tell em "I'll start in 2nd" and I would and I'd still destroy them.

Yeah its stupid racing cars you outclass but sometimes you just can't help but educate a punk about real speed.

 

uh oh someone noticed my gears, your right though, but the main bearings are on there way out now so money is being saved for a rebuild and you know how them go. If I had my 3.73's in it would be so much easier beating cars.

Ya z28 dreamer, iv been handing the kids there "butts" in town for about a year now, the guys with the powerful cars I never run into though, of course they don't go around trash talking. The car that is killed is not really that big of a deal, just the reason or atlest in this case.

 

My Z's got 3.73 gears stock...I wonder what my 0-60 MPH time would be?

Well I had the one guy run my RPO's and I "think" it was like GU or something...It's either 3.23 or 3.73
I'll have to ask are any of them gears anygood? I'm kinda of a dunce when it comes to gearing

to add to the thread, a guy in a 5.0 gave me a pipe shot last nite, so I found him and said "did you want to race" his anwser was "you don't want to race this"

I wish I would of known sooner that I did not want to race him [/sarcasim]
One last rant from last nite, diesel owners, why must they think there trucks are top dog of the road? Also why do they get the urge to blow smoke all over my car.

V8 Camaros.It usually is some country redneck with a pick em up truck or someone that really drools for classic muscle.I have had a few people argue with me that a 4.6 Mustang Gt is faster than a 5.7 LS1 stock for stock.There are some dumb people in every day life.
