SS Lt1 v.s. Z28 Lt1

I used ss and z28 so that you all could tell the differnce
ok so im coming home from school on a road called berryhill, its about 2 or 3 miles long, open and stright. Im cruising behind this Lt1 z28 doing about 60, then he just stabs it, so i down shift to 3rd and nail it, hes wot and im pullin on him hard then i shoot past him. As i was passing him he looked over at me and i looked at him and he had the HOLY **** face goin. haha

I never thought my lt1 would pull that hard on another lt1... i mean im still on my original plugs and wires with 70k on them.

I have a 96 Z28/SS and when it was stock, I could beat up on other Z28s. It really wasn't quicker in the 1/4, but when it was rolling about 60, it started to pull away authoritatively. Can't tell me Ram Air doesn't have its advantages. The Bilstein Lev II suspension is pretty much an anti-drag racing setup.

Sounds like a 6 speed SS vs an auto Z28 from a roll. Good kill!
