Sprayed 94 T/A vs Sprayed 97 Formy
Sprayed 94 T/A vs Sprayed 97 Formy
Honestly, ever since I got my clutch installed everyone wants to race me now, LOL.
One of my friends has a 94 T/A that is pretty much stock except CAI, Nitto DR's and a weld in muffler I believe. He is spraying a 125 or 100 shot (I'm not for sure). So he says that now my clutch is done he wants to race me. I figure what the hell after its broke in we can go for it.
All my mods are in sig and the nitrous kit should be finished (finshed enough where I can use it) in a month, so, about the time my clutch gets FULLY broke in.
What do you guys think the outcome will be??

Hard to say about the outcome but I wouldn't bother breaking in that Spec clutch. My stage IV has been going now for about 2 years and a TON of abuse. Never broke it in
Re: Sprayed 94 T/A vs Sprayed 97 Formy
Move up to a 150 shot and you should have no problem unless you botch the launch. I have been running a 150 shot for a couple of years on a stock motor with mods in sig. I have had no issues. Granted I have all the supporting NX parts and a Mallory 685 box. Just make sure your preasures are right.
Re: Sprayed 94 T/A vs Sprayed 97 Formy
I WANT to run a 150 shot but I don't have the jets for it. I guess all it takes is about 5 bucks and 1 jet for me to run a 150 but I am just being lazy about it.

Rip everything you dont need out of it. Shave weight and put water in his tank. That'll get you a win.
No, really I think it will be close, probably a drivers race.

You really think it will be close when I have more mods then him????
I mean I don't think I'll beat him by buslengths, but I'm sure I can put a few cars on him.

Kind of a weird question considering you guys got the same motors, only you've got more mods. Did I miss something or doesn't the outcome seem obvious?
