If the GTO has the Magnacharger from LPE he's probably having issues. I have a friend who just had LPE take off his Magnacharger from his 03 Corvette because it was leaking, wouldn't hold boost and was slipping even kevlar belts...Now has 383 package and runs 11.30s @120 on BFGs...
LPE does have a top end kit (heads and Cam) GTO package that just ran 12.50s at 116...Thats a little more like it...Never been a huge fan of the Magnacharger...

Back when I had bolt-ons only with my LT1 ($hitty motor as some LS1 guys like to think 
) I ran faster than that on stock motor.
Good kill and nice times with your Mach.
I agree on him losing boost or the tune is aweful!!!!!!!!!
Was it a six speed? I bet the clutch may be slipping if it is.
