Raced an absurdly slow Ricer ...

I was out in my car ( This was a few weeks ago but I forgot to post it when it happened ) And I get to a light. This riced out late 80's civic revs up at me. I pull out, and he nails it ( Automatic too ... ) I just drive like normal to the next light. Then at the next light he starts doing a burnout lol. I guess an E-Brake is the equivilent to a rice dork as a line lock ...

So the light turns green, he nails it again. I start out kinda quick and lay into it a little bit ( Like half throttle or less ) and Im right next to him which is winding out. He is like ( I'm in second gear at this point going about 30 ) So I slam it into first and go to full throttle asa I let the clutch out. It was great, I did a burnout as I passed him. I let off at about 65 to 70, so it wasnt much of a race. But man was it funny when we got to the next light. Him and his passanger were like

Then I was like Hey what happened? And he's like I thought it was a V6 ... Uhmm NO, No one thinks its a V6, its loud, it clearly sounds like a V8, and it says Z28 in bright silver metallic overlays on a otherwise all black Camaro.

Then he continued to tell me how his car isnt running right blah blah blah and once he gets his direct port he wants to race again.

Silly Ricer.

Yeah thats the typical ricer excuess. Either that or my naws bottle was cold or closed. I get that alot. And they always want to go from a roll. WTF is up with that, the only way i race is from a dig. Good kill btw even though it was no challenge.

Yea they do always try going from a roll ... They pull out fast, then slow down, then nail it almost every time. Every other time I have not bothered cause I dont like racing young immature drivers that I dont trust. But it was jsut too tempting this time.

I dont mind going from a roll though, it insures that my rear will last one more race

I have formula so I get a lot of ricers trying to race me thinking im a v6..It gets kinda old I just stopped a while ago. Seems like most ricers tend to be Asian/Mexican imo.

Not to sound racist, but I've noticed that trend as well. I wonder why that is.

Im thinking it goes along w/ how a lot of mexican like "Low Riders" but now the low riders have moved from trucks to sport compact cars. As for the asians I really dont know but they makeup like 80% of the ricer crowd, maby they think the fast and furious is real? I really dont know. Im not racists its just a stereotype which I think has some truth to it.

Re: Raced an absurdly slow Ricer ...

I didn't take offense to the whole asian/hispanic comment, but here in my town there are a bunch of white kids who act asian/hispanic and think that their VTech 91 Civic Can hang with my Formula because they have naws!!!

Just a little story, not trying to hijack the thread but this story came to mind. Back when I was still on the bottle I had a guy (hispanic) talking crap saying how his 92 Accord with a 100 shot could beat my Formula. Well he tried hiding the whole fact that he had nitrous saying his car was "all motor man!!" We went out and raced and it stayed with me pretty good...........until about half way through 1st gear when I started putting buslengths on him. Just to rub it in halfway through 2nd I hit my 'go baby go' button. I was spraying a 150 shot, so you all can imagine how bad I beat him. I think they could have measured the time between us with a sundial.
