Monster Viper vs. bikes WOW!!!!
First I gotta say the server I just downloaded this vid from is nuts. I was averaging 2500kb/s ya not 250kb but 2500kb it took like 15 seconds to download 30 megs.
Second that is one of the best car/bike race video i have seen.
800+hp viper and 3 busas with a zx12. Damn
Great vid dude.

The viper didnt look like a 900hp car or either not going all out, should be high 8s, low 9 quarter mile car and it didnt look like it... Might just be me.. And most of the time it sounded like he shift early. Still bad azz viper and bikes, som of my dream machines all right there on the same 3 mile stretch. Thats also a badass road to race on, i wish there was one like that here i knew of.

Did you see how flipping fast the needle on the busa's speedo was swinging. Any car that can come near that type of accleration is making huge power.

There is a post about the race from the bike guys on one of there boards. The guy with the Viper had just taken delivery of the car 2 days before, and had not really driven it all that hard. I think he says it only had a 100 miles on it before the races. You can see from the video that the Viper gets considerable slower throughout the day. At first he runs away from the chase bike but by the end the chase bike is catching him, it was probably running hot, or he was losing plugs due to be boosted so much with not much cool down. Plus the aero kit on that car killed it on the big end, awesome video either way and the Viper is one sweet *** car.
I would like to see those bikes or that viper race this car...

The chase bike couldn't go any faster than the stock bike. The Viper may have gotten slower as the day went on, but every bike he raced after the first bike had more and more mods. THe first one may have had 156hp, the second maybe 170+hp, and the other two were well over 200hp, so that had something to do with it.

. In the first race the Viper slowly pulls away from the chase bike. Then in each following race the chase bike stays with him or starts to creep on him. Either way as I said sweet *** video and car.
I agree that car is bad as hell. What I was getting at is the first bike, the stock one was slower than the Viper, and the chase bike was behind that stock bike, therefore he had to go slower than the stock bike. The second bike was faster than the Viper, even if it would have been the first race. All in all though that wasn't the purpose of the race, that was just like an added bonus. The whole reason for the race was to see if a street car(daily driver) that wasn't set up for just racing could beat a stock GSX1300R Hayabusa. Which it did. There were several variables in there that you can say werr to each vehicles disadvantage. The Viper owner had no expieriance in the car, he had the aero kit that might have slowed him down. The Hayabusa(stock one) had a fuel injection system mapped for Nitrous which would make him run really lean and he did not have the rear hump installed which would pretty much equal out the Vipers aero kit. But like you said to sum it all up that Viper is one bad *** car. I still don't understand though why Motorcycles and Cars get compared, it is apples and oranges. That Viper has to have well into the mid $100,00 range invested into it and the bike is about $10,000. The bike only ways about 500lbs. It would be like racing a motorhome with a Z28. Either way some major showing of power in that vid.
