Me vs. Regal

I was stopped at a red light on my way to the mall last night when a kid in a regal pulled up next to me. He had 3 other kids in the car and in my car I had my friend Steve. The light turned green and I took off. Off the line I had him and he never had a chance. The whole thing just made me so "high." Sounds kinda gay but thats how I felt. I wish I had the time/money to go to the track.

Watch out for the po po these days, they are ruthless. Sometimes they even cruise around in Vettes, Stangs, etc. and lure people into racing and then bust them!!!!!!!! I am not trying to preach to you, just a friendly warning about the nasties of this world.
I know but on top of the no money thing my parents won't even let me go to the track. Trust me I don't want to race on the street.

Because my parents find out EVERYthing. Someone told my father when I got pulled over like 3 towns away. But you guys are right I shouldn't race on the street and next time my friends go to the track I'll go.

Yes street racing is definitely a problem now. Every time I look over at a light there's someone staring back at me with that stupid look. And it's always the slow cars, too.

Cars have turned into a complete ego thing now. Everyone has to have the loudest system, most annoying exhaust, biggest rims, and the most horsepower. I had a chick in a Honda that actually thought her car could take mine.

If you do street race, don't do it all the way up till your car tops out. I hate when people do that. And remember that most accidents happen close to home and are the result of driver error- confusion or pushing the car's limits too far.

My only pet peeve is this though- If a Honda revs at you, it's all or nothing. Either fry him or sit at the light till after he leaves. It's what I do. Wouldn't want them thinking they actually won.
