Mass Grave

Here is one of my Mass Graves that dont even deserve a long story, just a listing of deaths and a brief commentary.

Dodge Hemi short bed - After movies one night. I think I embarrased him infront of his girlfriend, the laugher stopped quickly. Second Hemi kill, I wish they would just stop listening to the dealership salesmen.

Audi TT Convertible - Two smug rich gentlemen try to make a run for it on the highway, they get handed their silver spoons before my rpm's reach 3500.

Porsche Boxter - Cocky kid in daddys chick mobile gets handled once at highway speeds and again from a stop at the toll both. He limps home tail between legs.

Acura Sedan something or other - Tinted window and Chrome wheel performance mods. I passed him going the speed limit and he proceeded to pass and cut me off twice so I blew past him middle finger in the air

2- 3rd Generation RS''s - I dont like to pick on brethern but they asked for it. One smoked from a stop the other from a 35 roll.

Modern Ford Lightning SVT - Wasnt Stock. Made a run from just below highway speeds 3 times and pulled past him on all 3. Nice fellow, explained he toasts Vettes all day and was suprised I put up a good fight.

New Mustang GT - 4.10's and flowmaster - A complete joke, even though it wasnt the season I was "laughing all the way...ha-ha-ha" Since then the kid wont talk to me and vows to "kick my ***" Once again a complete joke.

F-250 - My two friends fooling around on the highway.

94 Oldsmobile Royale - Friends again being gay.

dmanc93's 93 Camaro V6 - Sorry Dan

Were not necessary won with mods in sig.

Re: Mass Grave

Sweet! My kill list is much longer than my list of losses, though all those losses were at the track against cars with much more power/traction, much less streetability. For some reason I can never get a good run in on the street. I really want to race a C5 Vette. I think that would be a blast and surprise the hell out of them. My most memorable loss was to a Z-06. I lost by 2 tenths but was out front the whole time because daddy's little boy couldn't hit the tree with anything better than a .800 light. Afterwards they all came over to where I was parked and just looked at my car for a couple minutes without saying a word to me even though I was standing there. The look on their faces was priceless!

Re: Mass Grave

Never had a street loss, but did manage a tie against a fellow board member.

My kill list is long too but I was bored so I compiled some I had on my mind.

Track wise I lost against a LS1 Vette and Z/28, and a Built 3rd Generation. I was stock at the time. Weird thing was the Z ran faster than the Vette did stock.

Dude, your mod list doesn't seem like anything too spectacular to be smoking SVT's... But none the less good kill list.

I can't seem to get any good runs on the street. Seems like nobody wants to mess with me.

But the wierd thing is the owner said his Lightning smoked vettes all day long... Vettes aerodynamics are SO much better than F-Body's...

Re: Mass Grave

On the internet, few people ever get beat (especially on the street), and many have never lost (especially on the street).

Amazing, isn't it?

BTW, I have Autolite plugs in my Cobra. Really.

Re: Mass Grave

I am not certain to what Vettes he was speaking of or how he raced them, we were yelling back and forth on a 65mph limit highway, so that limited the depth of the conversation.

For the skeptics, I'll race anyone who wants to, especially cars they may or will beat me, those are the best ones to win. I've been taunting a few LS1 Vettes and Late model Cobra's just to see how I stand. Like the Lightning for instance, I thought for sure I'd lose, but didnt which was both suprising and gratifying. I apologize to everyone who thinks if I havent lost a street race that I am some kind of tale telling chump, but I'm not and if I lose I post it for all you fella's to see.

And another thing, I torched the Lightning heading west on the Ohio Turnpike between the 77 and 71 exits near Cleveland.

Kinda sucks my fellow Ohioans are the ones sounding skeptical

That's a great section of the Turnpike to fly. I had some chick in a mini-van riding my *** going 90 yesterday so I took it up to 130 to put a little distance between us. Very few places for troopers to hide. Seems like everyone is flying on the pike since they raised the speed limit for trucks.

My current car:

Kills: Lots
Losses: Zero

It's not that I'm unbeatable, it just seems like I never get a good run with anyone that has a car that's faster than mine stock for stock. The quickest cars I've run into are probably low 15s at best. All the V6 Mustangs and F-bodies want to race but I've never had a GT bite.

And BTW, I have lost to a Mustang, but it was a GT, and it's when I had a 3.8...

I think most people would rather not mention their losses, and just talk about their wins.

Re: Mass Grave

I was heading down U.S. Hwy 78 East heading towards Athens, which is like a freeway in the area I was in. I was doing about 70 MPH and raced a Dodge SRT4 with a slipping tranny. He got the jump, I caught up, then we gunned it and I got LEFT!!!

I'm waiting to see him again now that I got my car back and my tranny's fixxed!
