Made Saleen S281 my b!tch

Well the cam and stuff is in the sig. I don't have headers yet and the car has not been tuned but haven't experianced any driveablility problems thus far. The car just feels alot faster.

Anyways I caught a light with a new Saleen S281 supercharged stang. I'm not one for street races and was minding my own business until he starts revving at me and him and his g/f are having a little chuckle at my expense. I'm not sure if he just isn't smart or what, but the cam is on a 112lsa was running through gutted cats and an open cut-out so it was chunkin pretty damn good! So I didn't bother to rev back at him, I just stalled the car up and hoped that my KDW's would hook. Well the light turns green and I roll of the line and just nail it and right away put 2 cars on him and the gap just got bigger. We shut down at around 75 and we caught the next light together. He said "Holy **** whats that thing got done to it", I told him all bolt on's excpet headers and a mild cam (221/221 .558/.558 112lsa). We exchanged compliments of each others rides (after all how could you not like the look of a Saleen). We left it by him saying "I never thought I would be taken by an Trans Am" I just didn't have the heart to make him look like a bigger loser infront of his g/f who was no longer laughing, haha.

Nah.. they normally run low 13ish @ around 108-110. Pretty much on par with the '03 Cobras.

A LS1 with a few bolt-ons should have no problem with one.

A fully bolted/camm'd LS1 (such as yourself) would walk away all day...

Good Kill btw!!!!

Was not the "E", I have seen one of those bad boys before. This was just a supercharged S281. I probably had 3 cars on him to 75-80mph.

Thumbs up

It's always fun to do that while their girl is there too.

I spanked one (S281 Supercharged) on Easter Sunday. It was a vert with a chick driving, dude in the passenger seat. I reved at her at the stoplight. She went for it when the light changed. I had her at my rear tire at the end of 1st. When I went into second, all hell broke loose and I went a little sideways for a second. That's never happened before! But I got it pointed the right way quick enough with her a couple cars back. She backed-out after I that.
