M3 Kill

A friend at work has a brand new 04 M3 with the standard 6spd tranny. I have driven the car and it is very quick (beautiful inside and out also). I finally got to run him in my car from a 10mph roll up a steep grade (only open space we could find during early morning rush-hour traffic). I had a car length on him by 70mph when we had to shut down due to a light. We were not able to go again due to heavy LA traffic.

The only change from my sig is I now have 245/50/16 nitto drag radials. Big difference.

A friend of our's has an 03 M5 that is currently at a Dinan authorized dealer getting the full S2 package that is supposed to be 478hp at the flywheel. Once he gets the car back all 3 of us are getting together to run our cars.
We will be videotaping the whole thing for all to enjoy.

Thanks. I thought he was going to smoke me but that time around things worked out. I am looking forward to airing those drag radials down and getting them really hot. I think with the extra traction I should beat both of those cars from a standing start, (the M5 has 19' ac schnitzer wheels with rubber bands on them. he will either bog with the traction control on or spin like crazy with it off).
