2000? Mustang Rousch stage 1, mods: rousch package?! and cai

1996 z28 M6 mods in sig minus the headers and exhuast(they go on tomorrow)

One of my friends at my school just got a 2000 something rousch! it looks mean...lol anyway i went to see it today and he took me for a ride. We decided we should race. We met on the bypass and decide to go from a roll. (15mph? 2.5rpm in 1st). On my third honk we both nailed it. Instanty i get the jump and put him at my rear bumper. As i slam second i can see myself inching on him and he appears in my rear veiw. I had about 2-3 on him at 90-100mph and i was pulling pretty decent. so i won!
Its a pretty decent car and i can't wait untill he puts some work into it. before you comment on this remember its a stage 1.

 

isn't a stage 1 a 6 cyl.?

 

LOL v6?! Its the same engine as the GT but with better exhuast and maybe some other stuff

 

Good Kill, sounds kinda like a Bullitt series Stang. Get that exhaust on!

ya my friends dad has a bullit, i guess you could say its kinda the same

 

Better intake, exhaust, pulley, and cosmetics. However I dont know much about the Roush's. I raced a Bullitt once, pulled about the same as the Stage one.

I ran an 02 rousch with the basic bolt ons, me on bottle from a dig....

Only rousch you need to worry about in the stage 3 w/ the blower...Stage one is nothing more then a body kit and a few worthless mods

 

What in the world were your friends doing hiding in the bushes while recording you racing?

This one was a 360R w/the blower and nah there was just a tree on the side of the road that blocked the view.

 

I thought i herd a blower on that thing. He must have been a pretty horrible driver to get beat that bad, unless he pulls later down the road.

 

Not a big fan of the rousch at all (except the stage 3), now the saleen is a different story
