I was heading for work this morning on the I-55 (chicago) when this black GTO pulls revving behind me, at first I thought it was a grand prix or grand am so I pay no attention, next thing i know the bastard is right next to me, i was cruising at 65 mph on 6th gear, i noticed that it was indeed a gto and what the heck let me see what happens. To make the story short I pulled off at 140 and he was about 2 cars ahead of me and still pulling slowly but steady.

 

05 or 06 you got beat by a LS2, to me it doesnt matter what year it is. Good run only losing by 2 cars though. You need some camshaft

Well as long it was a GTO and not a ricer. You can't feel to bad getting beat by an LS2.

IDK ive seen full bolt on M6 LT1's in the 340 hp range.

 

just add some boltons to your boltons . LS2 GTO has 350 flywheel hp right?

LS1 GTO is 350 horse, LS2 is 400.

 

I'm thinking of getting a 150*200 shot of n2o. The other night I was murdered by a Blown '03 cobra, he beat me bad, I also missed 3rd gear, shifted to 5 instead. But oh well. So far no 4 cyl has taken me just yet. But there are some fast blown ricers in Chicago, I just havent encountered one yet.

 

Those supercharged snakes are wicked, plus with just a couple of mods. The nitrous would be a good way to go, but I would keep it at a 150 shot max. if you are still running on stock engine internals.

 

look for 4 door mitsu's/dsm's that have a "ams" sticker on em... hehehe...
