Hope the guys ws6 at school has a decent amount of mods because no close to stock fbody is taking out a stock 03 cobra

 

I think he has some stuff for it in the mail and I am going to do the free mods for it soon I think. I know this kid blows off the line and with the right tires I am really good IMO.
If its an 03 Cobra I am not even going to mess with it or I will get him to race an 03 Cobra I know of. He races bikes. N20, pulley, tuning, full exhaust, everything, I think he ran a 10 flat LOL.

 

I was being a smart ***, and my car is quick enough... also, I never said anything about hiting him... I said to just crowd him a bit. And If you're ever around H-town, I would strongly advise that you not chase anyone down, that is alot more stupid thing to do. That is almost the surest way to get your brains blown blown out. For future reference excuse me for being a smart ***.

 

It'll probably end up being a V6 or an auto GT.

I had to rip a new one to this stupid kid who wouldn't shut up about his 1990 Turbo Grand Prix. According to him, with its McLaren Turbo, it was the best car ever made by Pontiac. Of course his is a totally ragged out POS that blows black smoke and has been hit in both the front and back, and been fixed by an Earl Shide body shop, so the bumpers sag and the paint is peeling off the whole car too. So we line up and I completely annihlate him, spinning through first and second. He might as well have been running to catch me, by the time I shut down at 80 I had several bus lengths on him. It took him 4 or 5 seconds for him to catch up and give me the ricer fly-by. He didn't say another word about his stupid car or the race at work for the next week, and then he quit. Thank God.

 

Risks are taken with everything, doesnt mean people should multiply risks by being a dumbass.

I dont think your little town is "harder" then any other portion of the US. People in my neck of the woods would just as soon as shoot you as anywhere else. Thats not the point. Why do you all have to use guns?? Is y'all fightin skillz inferior yo lmfao.

 

I never said anything about being harder, and I prefer not use guns, as a matter of fact, I handle myself alot better than most. But this isn't a pissing match. Ok, to get this BACK on topic we ran. Two races, it was an 03 GT auto trans. First run he got a better launch and had the jump but on the top in I cought him he said we were nech and neck so I ran again for the fun of it. Second race I had a much better launch but he still got the jump almost 3/4 of the way down I was half a car back or less but then started pulling up and away from him LOL and I just waved I took him by at least half a car. He had the windows up and I had them down, I have 2.73's I think those have better, I hate my tires and I was running a little warm. If I had good tires and 3.73's it would have been pretty easy.
In short those GT's run out of steam in third!
Then I ran my buddy on his Katana 600 for fun and he just has a D&D exhaust. Yeah, in the top of second I gave up LOL.

 

Good races. I ran a 99+ GT awhile back it kept side by side with me then at 105 it started to inch away. He was the only person in my car, i had 450 lbs of other passengers. I bet he was close to stock.

Ran a 96 Z, 6 speed, 3.42's full exhaust, fiberglass cowl hood, and a CAI. Only lost by a car length.

After the run
Me: Your not stock!
Him: Neither are you
Me: Yeah just a few minor things and CAI and stock 2.73's
His HOT girl: That car runs really strong for close to stock Him: yea no doubt.
He said he had 4.10's in the back about to go in, I told him to hold on to his pants LOL.
