Mike: Thanks for the shout out. It made me smile when I saw you posting. Everything is great here, though I have little to no time to race. Now I just knock around in semi-quick cars and am thankful if they don't break down.

I don't see a driveshaft loop.

 

Do you need one with a carbon fiber shaft? If it breaks it'll just turn to straw and dust.

 

Bingo-correct. They let me run without a loop because of it

 

Please tell me you don't run that driveshaft on the street?!

 

Of course I do. Have two others on my cars since 01. Work fine.

 

With your lastest mods installed (gears and intake) you'll be flirting with 11's for sure Cooler track temps wouldn't hurt either.

Traps low but thats from the temps. The cars running where it should be w/ the mods.

 

sounds fun.. miss my Z and doing that kind of stuff here in good old MD.. hope to get up to 75/80 sometime now that it re-opened..
