Finally some respectable times *updated post #11*

I finally got a decent time for my mods. At least I'm happy.

I'm kinda pissed because a regal T-type wrecked and took out the 60' timing light... and his own car... and the honda next to him...

But at least I got it on video!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZHIFFW4L3Q

I ran a 13.4@100
stall tune cutout are my only real mods. I used DRs and tached it up to 2k instead of the 1200ish I did last time.

The DA was around 1000'

So what do you all think? Am I still slow for my mods?

Looks like I'm not TOO far off from hanging a wheel either... maybe one day.

i would love to run at your DA..... from what i can see you are looking good, Longtubes and 1.6 rr would be next and should be enough to put you in the 12.8 area

That's exactly what I'm hoping for. I'm actually amazed at how high I'm trapping. I trapped 95 stock so 5 mph from a tune 3.42s intake cutout and a STALL is pretty cool with me. I think that madZ tune is pretty substantial.

Nice pass! It looked liked you hooked up pretty good there. 13.4 is an awesome ET for a 100 MPH trap. Likewise a 100 MPH trap is very decent for your mods.

I agree that LT's and 1.6 RR should be next on your list. The LT's alone will probably add 2-3 mph to your trap speed not to mention make the car sound a LOT meaner.

Very nice - congrats.

I agree with the others - LT's, good y pipe, 1.6 rockers and I would also add an electric WP from CSR or Meziere.

I had basically those same mods + GTP 4 camshaft and ran 12.30's@110

Thanks guys, I have some LPPs that are supposed to be here tomorrow according to UPS... Shooting for 12s soon. I'll probably need a little more than that though. Maybe some Welds/slicks and skinnies.

Is the track open year round over there? If it is, you will more than likely be in the 12's because of the cool weather.

Hit 13.15@102.6 last night (1.82 60'). I was hoping for 13.1@103, but I got the important part.

Temps were in the mid 60 range so DA was ≈ 1700'

My previous best was a 13.46@100 but I added some LPPs and their Y pipe with no catback at all.

Full mods:

3.42s
MadZ tune
3200 performabuilt stall
LPP LT/ORY
OEM ram air intake

Altitude corrected time is 12.98@103.8
It'd be pretty sweet if I could run at sea level.

Complete setup:
108k car
78k bottom end
Performabuilt Stage 2 and 3200 stall
OEM ram air setup
MadZ mail tune
Cutout before back axle
96 ws6 m6 stock rearend (same car as block)
Stock suspension with Mickey Thompsons ET streets out back, 275/17s up front
no spare/jack
No front sway bar

At speedworld motorpark in north phoenix valley
Altitude was 1200' or so
DA adjusted was under natural (500-800ft)

I didn't get a 60' that day because of the regal wrecking and taking the lights with it and another car.

with all this talk of ET's it's making me a little anxious. being from northwest PA, we've been getting pounded with snow. between 14 and 16 inches just overnight last night.
I haven't had my car on the road or the dyno since I added all the mods in my sig.
what numbers should I expect when the snow melts?
the heads have a 5 angle competition valve job and stage 2 porting and polishing.

Shouldn't you make your own thread for this question? It's WAY off topic.
