On Friday me, my girlfriend and a whole bunch of the guys were goin down to watch some drag racin at the local track. As i was driving down the highway to pick up my girlfriend, i noticed this black civic sittin real low to the ground was moving up behind me rather quick. I continued to drive, and didnt really pay much attention to him. Next thing i know i see the top of this civic, and the headlights were nowhere to be found, he was about 2 inches from my bumper (typical ricer driving) I keep driving, and all of a sudden the F***er cuts in the next lane real fast and does the all too well known "ricer fly by" they give me this dirty look like they wanted to race or somethin, but i really wasnt about to get into it. We came up to a light, but to his (and mine a little)disappointment there were a car infront of both of us. The light turns green as i give these two guys the dirty look back and next thing i know this jerk is revvin his car up. This thing sounded exactly like my weedwacker did JUST before it blew up. so the moron revs it out twice, and i look over just as he goes to dump the clutch. all of a sudden <CLANG CLANG BING> the civic slid to a stop in the road, and there it sat. at this point i was sitting at the next traffic light, as he and his buddy push the car to the side of the road. I dont know for sure what happened to the car, but all i know is that it sounded alot like something blew in the tranny, and he got it towed home...It made my night before it really started. Its always good to see a import get blown up...one less fart can to listen to !!!!

That could have been any car, and I would still laugh. Dude is trying to be a tough guy, then BAM, he's done.

over revving your engine to 9,500 rpm's and not making it to the track that night trying to race someone thats gonna smoke you anyways..... priceless (at least to the one that isn't stuck on the side of the road)

You are soo right! There are alot of RICERS that are just so pesky ! They try to race me whether I am in my Chevelle or my new minivan or my Blazer. It just doesn't matter, they think their cars are the fastest thing god put on the streets. They have gay ground effects and stickers and rediculous fart can exhaust tips !!!

I had to teach one of them a lesson. The dude was actually very very cool! But he was drivin a Miata w/ spray and it wasn't too ricey. We pulled up to a light on the blvd. (you that street right?) and he purges his spray up high into the air. I had my 280 lb buddy with me and I looked over at him and said, yo man, it's on and this guy might actually get out a few cars on me cause he weighs nothing. He's like, nah, you got him , no problemo. So we launch evenly on green and I just crushed him from start to end. I only kept into it until about 70 and he was at least 10 cars back. I was a little disappointed. He pulls up at the next stop and I asked him if he was into the spray the whole time. He said hell ya! Oh well, maybe I'll actually get to race one of those 12 second turbo 4 bangers some day....

 

Yeah...they always want to race me in the Camaro, but I too have a chevelle, it will hit the streets soon, and then the ricers will come knockin! They all think im some kind of moron for having an "OLD POS car" but when the get the good view of a 64 SS chevelle rear bumper ahead of them by a good 10 car lengths...then they will know whats up! 327 Punched .030 over...pushing 450 horse+ N/A will show them who is boss... ive had a few (ricers that is) tell me that there is no way in hell i can push that power outta a car without a Turbo or "NOS" (pronounced NAWZ as this one kid put it) so i cant wait....I already have 3 local kids who want to race for some cash, so ill make some money for the camaro to go faster lol...later guys!

that is awsome, i took my spoiler off my srt and put a regular non wing trunk lid on, and the day i put it on it still had neon se on the trunk, and i was getting harrassed by rice all the way home. but its normal i get the same thing when i drive my silverado around, sad thing is i have beatin ricers in my truck
