2. i guess AWD is no match for the almighty RWD then is it? i mean if it were better John Force would be using it.

when your talking high hp cars rwd>awd. thats if the rwd is set up right. sure near stock the awd will take the rwd out of the hole.

how so? are you talking about the life of parts or something else? if by that you mean more prone to breakage ill agree that it would be a problem. then again im sure they would have someway of solving that problem as well.

I think he was referring more to power loss caused by drivetrain at the really high speeds, in the later gears. I know I've been pulled HARD off the line by a few STI's and an EVO 8, but after 2nd its all over for them. (Stock, near stock. Nothing crazy done to them.) These were all passes at the track too.
