...I want an update on this. BTW people joking about each others' girlfriends is very common in here, I wouldn't take it as anything other than a joke. Anyway let us know how it plays out ....

 

my girlfriend has a '69 Mach 1 with a stock 351 windsor, an auto trans and it is a dog. However, her dad has the same car but with aluminum heads, mild cam, shift kit and quite a few other mods (carb, intake manifold, exhaust, etc.). It's pretty fast but I have a feeling that my 94 Z28 wouldn't be far behind.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that your girl friends dads car seemes to be between these two Mach 1s as far as mods go. So, I'm pretty sure that you would win the race.
