Cammed LT1 vs. Full exhaust WS6 LS1

Cammed LT1 vs. Full exhaust WS6 LS1
So I am on my way down to Texas State this morning which is ALL I 35 the whole way. And a LS1 WS6 rolls onto the highway. He immediately sees me and jumps up next to me. He looks like a guy my age and he has a passenger. I immediately notice a catback and that its a WS6. He gives me a rev. I rev back and he tells me to punch it. We are at 80 mph and that puts me at about 4500 rpms... which is my peak torque
So i punch it and put 2 and a half cars to 113 (end of my 4th) He rolls up right after that and says "I'll honk it this time" ( I guess my LT1 must have caught him off guard ). So he three honks it, this time from about 70 and i pull an immediate car right away and then slowly walk him to 113. This time i decide not to shut it down and see how my 5th gear holds up LMAO.... I shift to 5th and he slowly starts walking me... I have to shut it down at about 125 because we caught back up to traffic but i still had about 1.5 cars on him... We slowed down later and he told me he had intake, mids, and catback. We gave each other the thumbs up and were on our way. It was my first race since my dynotune against an LS1 and I came out on top!!!! Can't wait to take her to the track! Sorry so long.

Oh yeah, im sure he has stock gears 3.42's, i have 4.10's. So when my 4th gear was playing out, he was just gettin in to the power range of his. He must have started the race in 3rd when i started mine in 4th LOL....

After a couple of experiments with running in 5th... NO MAS. 80 however IS a really good punch for me 4500 rpms = Max torque and the HP only gets stronger to 6100....
