C6 race...nothin too special

I got a chance to race a c6 tonight and went pretty well. the first race he had his traction control on and took me right off the line and held 2 lengths on me till about 110ish, then we turned around and talked and raced back. the race back he turned the t/c off and i had him by 2 lengths till 110ish. He said that he totally missed 2nd gear. but oh well.

now i realize that you guys will think that i should have just smoked him but you must realize that i am not a very good driver. and i didn't heat up the D/R. All in all it was a good time and we weren't jerks about it so it was cool.

you should have destroyed him.. I raced one and it was dead even the whole race...

I know you mentioned the bad driver thing etc.. but geez...maybe take a class or something, you spent a bundle on your car... you might as well invest in yourself and learn a thing or two about driving....

good traction controll kill i guess..

P.S.-- you can do a search on yahoo for other performance driving schools, you could end up driving like that guy in "Transporter"....(nutty)

Guys who spends 60 grand on a car don't care about taking driving classes. He can be a bad driver and still put it down on your average f bod and mustang.

All the respect in the world to ya.

Im not trash talkin or anything. Just mentioning that the car has TONS of mods and it would be cool to be able to drive the bajezzus outa it if you wanted.

Ya my car would be better if i would ever get on it more than what i do. but i did the car for my enjoyment. i hardly ever race anyone and haven't had it to the track yet. i let my brother drive it and he did a great job of rippin through the gears, maybe i'll just pay more attention to what he does.
