nice, a buddy of mine who's shop I dropped my car off at still hasn't returned my camaro yet.... Almost every single mod in my sig we just did... but they've had the car since mid february, and granted, we were waiting on parts in february and early march, but they've had a month and a half to finish the build and it's killing me.... so they promised me the car for this weekend and I called today and he said I'll have to call his engine guy in the morning and see where he's at on it... so the first nice northwest PA weekend and I'm stuck without anything to drive at all... F that

I hate to say this but one of those runs is way wrong.

12.95@106 on a 1.8 sixty foot
12.30@108 on a 1.7 sixty foot

1 tenth in the sixty and 2 mph should be around 2 tenths in the 1/4 mile.
25hp more hose should net about 2 tenths and 2 mph in the 1/4 mile.
Where did the other 4 tenths et come from/go to/:think:

Maybe the 75 shot??? :D

93v8clone 04-20-2009 07:36 PM

i broke up a little on the 50 shot on my 2-3 shift so it slowed down a bit .i changed plugs and it ran fine hence the better slip wit more bottle

1 tenth on the sixty foot alone is worth 2 tenths in the quarter
so just by his improved sixty foot he would have been at roughly a 12.7.. then the 2 more mph's is good for another couple tenths, factor in that he let off a bit on the first run and tada----- 12.30@108 on a 1.7 60ft

You get the 1 tenth in the 60 and the 2 mph from the 50 shot. You can NOT add them together and say you get 2 tenths from each. That's ricer math.

That makes sense. Your 50-shot should go faster now that everything's dialed in :)
