Re: another one bites the dust...

Last month I raced a C6 and beat him by 5 cars to 100 from a dig. He obviously couldn't drive worth a ****, but hey a win is a win. And don't try to school me in how they would wax my *** because I know.

Lol, C6's are not god. I've beaten some, and some have beat me. This LS* ball sucking **** is really, really sad. Just as there are very strong LT1's out there, there are also weak LS1's.....

Re: another one bites the dust...

It's 50% dependent on the driver. Strap a poor driver (a good deal of Vettes are owned by 50 y/o guys rocking an automatic) in a Vette and watch a good driver, in an LT-1 TA with bolt-ons, walk him.

And I've seen a near stock 95 TA with 4.10's go 12.9 at Atco, so it's prefectly possible to win a light to light drag against an LS-1 Corvette with your combo.

Re: another one bites the dust...

see you only raced him to 75/80. I raced my buddies supercharged 98 cobra with 9psi making over 400hp and i kicked his *** till 75, then he was pulling hard. Doesnt mean i won the race tho, he won. An LS1 possibly couldnt catch you till 80, but i can promise you he was pulling damn hard on you at that point...

Same old dumb ****ing ****, the LT1 can't beat dick doesn't matter, the LS1 can never lose.

There is no such thing as a slow LS1 and a quick LT1 and if there were they would never race each other just wouldn't happen.

Blah blah driver blah...

Re: another one bites the dust...

I beat a vett with headers and bolt ons on a 70-120/130 mph run, He thought he was hot chit after he wooped my friend in his GN (3 speed lol) i ran next to him inching my way up like an inch every 3 seconds and by the time HE shut down i was a good foot in front of him.

Bad driver + worn out plugs and wires and dirty air filter and posably bad cats = some nice azz cars lossing.

Would i ever put money on a bolt on LT1 against a stock LS1 vett/bird? No, but it wouldnt suprise me to see an LT1 take one out E-ther. especialy with the LS1 cars getting old now and people only following the scheduled maintance for the car, isnt that like 100,000 for wires and plugs and coolant LOL..dont beleave everything you read Mr. CEO

Re: another one bites the dust...

Anythings possible, I beat a bone stock 6spd 99 z28, all I have is a cai, catback e waterpump, ls1s aren't invincible(esp if they haven;t had a tune up in awhile, like this kids ls1, plugs with 63k on em lol), we raced twice, and I won twice, it doesn't matter though, since the kid with the 99 is dumping a ****load of money into it and it'll soon put bus lengths on me...

My cars a freak though, I murdered a stock lt1 with a passenger in my car(seriously, looked in the rear view and couldn't see him anymore, he was that far back)

Re: another one bites the dust...

You guys are right, this thread is worthless. We all know he dreams alot. Let the guy dream about winning . Now come again, how did you beat a C6?

Oh, and beating a STI or Evo isn't nothing to brag about. Only from a stop are they fast.

I walked an LS1 vette in my '95 z28 (hotcam, RRs, tuning, headers, highflow cat, ypipe, exhaust, intake, etc) from a ~50mph roll up to about 90mph, and you don't see me creating a new topic for it

I'm surprised your car was so lightly modded yet "kicked his ***". Maybe the future mods helped? My future mods are a 900cfm pair of heads, a 300psi supercharger, and a big 800cid balanced and blueprinted engine!

Ok.. I'm kidding. Why do people list mods they don't have, anyway?

Re: another one bites the dust...

I really want to get into it with a quick car, C5 or C6. Haven't gotten to the track with this new motor yet.
