Pretty much. 215hp, 3300lbs. It doesn't stand a chance against a stock Lt-1, let alone a bolt-on one.

Garbage, how do you fit your big head into that Mach 1?

I'd never argue the fact that an LT1 stock vrs a Mach 1 stock is anywhere near a race...

But now, i can get an LT1 used for 13k at a dealership with a warranty. I don't know the rough cost of a Mach, but i'll go with a standard GT price of around 25k in Cali. Now with $12k to spend... I'd hand you and your mach1 your *** with no problems.

I don't know the potential of an LS1 so i won't argue with you there.

When you compare them to their competition they are. I raced my friends 00 ss with a lid and exaust and he can barly pull 3 cars on my stock mach. I got my exaust on the way so we shall see.

Edit i just read i put 3 cars i meant 3 feet

Well I guess if we got technical and just kept going back a generation to fight the price war, the mustang would ultimatly win. I'm just comparing 4th gens against 2003+ Stangs.

Yeah, but thats because Chevys hold their value better than Fords. Which are required to be Fixed Or Repaired Daily.
