Ok this has nothing to do with camaro's but it was fun. The other day i was hanging with my bud who has the sts(intake, corsa exhaust, headers, 2001 sts heads, and a reprogrammed pcm.4000lb car) we where talking about our other friends car and how he thinks its so fast since he got ir rebuilt 600miles ago(1995 Acura Integra GSR dc sports header, greddy sp exhaust, ported type r head, toda cam gears and edelbrock intake manifold 2700lb car) so i came up with the clever idea that they should race. so i called ricer boy up and told him id give him 5 dollars if he raced the lack and he agreed so we met at my local strip off road and they ran. !st run the lack got the jump and instantly put a two car lead on the tegra all the way up to 100. ricer guy makes excuses and they race again but its even worse on the tegra cause this time the cadillac gave him the head start and pulled even harder on him 4 car lengths 3 run not even worth the posting
I am very impressed with the northstar v8 it look almost like a ls1 without the cover and seems like it would pull like a z if it weighed the same

 

those northstars are great engines.
stock vs stock my dad's 96 eldorado ETC pulls as hard as my firebird. He wont race me at the strip though
Does your friend have any sound clips of the corsa exhaust? I have been pushing my dad to get a better sounding exhaust on his. I do believe he removed the resonators or something under there but thats it.

 

We have no sound clips. but if he wants it too sound mean he could pull the mufflers off like we did before he got the new exhaust it did not pop or sound too loud without them. At idle it will sound like a cadillac does factory. but with the corsa it sounds mean and aggressive when u punch it and idle sounds like a stock car also

 

I love STS...after this summer when I will sell my T/A I will buy one of those (or eldorado!!)...
