Man those were a couple of fun races. My buddy lined his gorgeous '02 gunmetal viper vs. my Z on the strip.

On our first run we both dialed in at 12.3 to go heads up. We had both run 12.3's on our previous passes so figured that was a good starting point.

I cut a 1.6x on the ET Streets and made him chase me down with his 1.9 60'. I went 12.35 @ 109.8 to his 12.1x @ 118.. holy crap he came up on me fast

Next pass I took him out when he spun and went 2.1x 60'... My 12.3 again to his 12.5

w00t! my car ain't no viper, but I'm sure it suprises people to see our cars keep up so well on the strip.. even tho I had 10mph less

 

That's awesome man! Next time you line 'em up throw a 100 shot on and make him stare at tail lights all night long.
