Got a race set up on Sept. 10 against a 87 lx that runs 13.20`s.I am running a 95 z/28 with CAI,T.B.,headers, high flow cat,cat back exh.,3.42 gears,corvette
converter,HPP III,line lock,bfg drag radials.The only real down fall is the weight.It has a race weight of 3720lbs.I always thought it would run 13.40-13.60 so I may be in over my head.What do you guys think?

 

Based on his time, and your mods alone, I think he would beat you. But it depends on the driver, and if he has any traction as well. Anything could happen.

 

remove/unbolt a few hundred pound. if you can get him from out of the hole, you may be able to take him.....
