I see this is pretty much your first post so welcome. I wouldn't be referring to your own car "stock" as a "beast" though.
I never had no trouble reading it lol. I think his main point of saying beast is because its such an old car yet, still packs a punch.

Cobalt SS (4 door family capable), Impala SS (same), Trailblazer SS (yes, an SUV), The new Pontiac G8, The current Grand Prix V8, Cadillac CTS-V, STS-V.

There are probable some more but that is what I can think of of the top of my head. Then there are other manufacturer cars such as the Mazdaspeed 6, the 3.5 Altima and Maxima along with countless others which will do that time.

Take a look around, the rules have changed and this is not 1995 anymore.

You guy's are bad. if the kid wants to call his car the beast let him. He's only a high school kid. Having a lt1 is fast enough for someone that age. Even if the poor old lt1 is getting out dated. ( stock numbers of course) Let him be happy with what he's got. To build a fast car you need money, last time I checked when I was in high school I did'nt have 2grand to put into my car. I was driving my poor little 88formula with a 305tbi. Talk about a pig.

I like being the underdog, it makes it that much more fun when you kick someones *** who thought that they were going to walk you. If I can turn a 90 LX AOD Mustang into a car that surprised a lot of people, I can more easily do it with the LT1 I have.

LT1 still have plenty of power to put the hurt on a lot of cars out there still. I'd say a good 80% of them on the road.

well actually i do have some money to throw into it, i just bought it a couple weeks ago and i am in no rush (but thanks for sticking up)... so no big deal. I'll call it w/e i want to call it. I could care less if a new sedan (which is 12 years newer then my 94) can beat it...if you cant count it's what? 13 YEARS later ???? WHAT!!! this must be new to you, well i guess you better get over it. and yes i did beat the stang, i'm not lying. if i had lost i wouldnt have posted. well anyways lets get back on topic (pretty much anything other then the name thing and the stang ripping me a new one b/c i already went over that)..... thanks again tho

I am curious if you have any video of your "whipping" of the stang? Not trying to start something, i just like watching car races on video.
