Ok here we go, i was on my way to taco bell and i was sitting at a light and this 5.0 comes up beside me revving his engine, so i rolled down my window to talk to him and i ask him if he wants to go and the light turns green as we talking so we dont go from that light. So as we going down the road he says "man, this is a 5.0, i can't handle no 5.7" and i said to myself at least he knows better!! So we at the next light and he starts to revv and ask me if i want to go just for the hell of it even know he knows hes going to lose. I guess he was just getting himself prepared for the lost because he kept telling me he was going to lose. Neways the light turns green, and we both spinning all the way through 1st and hes right on the side of me because i had no traction, but when i caught 2nd i was pulling like a car length a second lol. I let up at about 60-70 and had a couple 2-3 cars on him by 60!! the reasone i had to let off is because the lane i was in went straight and the other lane went into a tunnel so there was no point. But it felt good to show a mustang owners who's boss.

 

Thats cool and all but stay clear of 03 and up cobras, especially modded ones...btw good kill

 

Yea but give me a supercharger and see what happens!!

Damn....I was just stating the true and obvious Anyone who does not own a vehicle with a FACTORY power adder states the same phrase. It's either "If I had one" or "It takes FORD to put a blower on there to....". If that was the case, then I could say "It took CHEVY to steal the engine from the Vette to make a pony car run with the Mustang.

I hear ya!! Sorry bout that, I was just replying to the comment about the 03+ cobras, i know people say that alot but they say it for a reason cuz it makes a point. What you city you live in?

 

A little town called Maurepas. You need to meet with us sometime. Yes we are FORD guys, but when we get together....Everyone is welcome!!!! We have a get together scheduled for Feb. 5th in Slidell....Will keep you posted on it. I think I am going to ride my Formula to the next meet.....Just to mess with the guys

That's cool.. I'm in Pineville,LA. What are ya'll gettin together for? I just purchased an 03 Mach 1. I'm about 3 hours from Houma but only 2 hours from Slidell.
