3rd gen vs. dodge stealth R/T
Well i have never posted in here because i really don't have much to brag about. Anyway i thought i would post this just for kicks, my roomate and i were going to play frisbee golf and we were on the freeway and i wanted to make a few runs with him. We made two runs and the first was from about 60ish. I pulled up next to him and he jumped on it and got the jump, but i reeled him in quickly and just started pullin pretty good on him to about 115mph with about 4 car lengths then let off. The second time i made him ride next to me at about 55 and honk three times, and when the third honk came he stayed with me for a few seconds then i immediately just started pullin on him again to about 110mph with again about 3 car lengths and let off. I was a little worried at first because i know those cars start pullin harder at higher RPM's his redlines at 7k so i thought he might top end me but i seemed to keep pulling on him steadily. I also think his car is rated at about 220hp or so? correct me if i am wrong, and its a 1992. So yea i thought he might actually get me, but the good ol third gen pulled through!

Low-mid 15s is their usual ET, and with all the bolt-on's they'll do 14.0s, and on the spray into the 13s. Traps will be 90-93ish in stock form.
People are finally bolting on the turbo setup from the twinturbo cars and just running lower boost. 6-8 psi nets them 13s and 105+ traps with great reliability. All you need are the parts from a junkyard or someone who's parting out.
Until they've done some real mods, your car shouldn't have any trouble with 'em, top end or off the line.

They may be quick, but reliable they are not. Or easy to work on, for that matter. Having to pull the intake manifold to get to 3 of the plugs makes working on an LT1 seem like a cakewalk.

I'd never consider the non-turbo fast. My Grand Marquis was faster in the 1/8th!
