Ahh Ok I see what you're saying. The trap speed plays a significant role in a race from a roll though. When you line up at 35 mph or whatever, from a roll and take off, a person that traps 102 in their car will out run someone trapping say 99 mph. Thats where trap speed comes into play. Of course what you said is true, but thats not really actually racing either, more like playing catch the ricer fly by. Basically if im racing from a dig, my ET is in mind, if im racing from a roll, trap speed comes to mind.
