Last week me and a friend are coming out of a store when we see about 6 various ricers Eclipses 350Z etc... So my friend told me that when i pull out i should spin out a little to see if they wanted to play around, but as were getting in our cars they start leaving like a scene from the F&F... So i jump in and catch up Well when we get to a long straight stretch they all slow down and i see that the 350Z and a C5 Vette are lined up in the front! They take off and the vette spins like crazy and i fight through the sounds of turbos and fart cans to get up to the 2 that are racing, next go is a 30ish Roll and it was about dead even up to like 100 with me right on their a$$es! We make it to an off ramp on I564 to terminal BLVD which is a pretty sharp and long offramp. I hear and see one of the ricers coming up behind me FAST so i opened her up so he couldnt do his "Flyby" Well i feel like im on a rollercoaster so i look down and am going about 70 and then i hear SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH! i look in my mirror and see headlights behind me facing the guardrail and then do a 360 and ran up on the curb! we stopped he was allright so we drove to a parking lot! The guy that wrecked messed his front end up a little and scrapped his rim up pretty bad but thats about it! Said he was pushing 20lbs of boost!! The vette was a 97 T56 with ram air and the 350 had a Twin Turbo. They called it a tie and i kept up with them so i was happy!!! They were all nice guys and complimented my car. They were all part of a local car club PI-Motorsports Except the guy in the vette! But it was lots of fun and noone was hurt so all is well that ends well!!!!

 

Man, looks like you ran into a pack that actually had something worth calling a "fast car".

 

You're saying you kept up with a twin turbo LS1? I hope you got some mods done or you know what flags gonna be waving...

 

Vette had a T56 and ram air, he said the 350 as in 350Z had a twin turbo. I still think the flag will be raised due to keeping up with a 350Z that with a single turbo makes 400 or so at the wheels with a bad tune...nevermind twin turbo.

oh well, even is there is a flag on the story, it is still a good story. Besides, its probably the ricer indulging on what he had, good kill (almost literally )

There it states his car ran 13.30 @5psi and we all know thats WAY out of range for an LS1 isnt that right "LastYearZ28"!!!!! So i call a flag for you its more of a flag pole though and resides in between my index and ring finger!!!

 

lol @ 5psi... i think my wifes hair dryers could put out that much... 150 shot of spray would have been a better, cheaper and faster way of making power... still, a kill is a kill, so congrats on that... and a vett. kill too

 

LOL..ok u got me....u raced someone that couldn't drive a big wheel.

BTW the last time i drove a 350Z down the track, it was the heavy track edition bone stock 6 speed i grabbed a 13.52. My point is you raced someone that has an untuned crap running car...or they cant drive..good kill.

I should post all my viper, lambo and bike wins when the driver doesnt know his *** from his elbow and cant drive.

Aside from all that GOOD KILL...always good to hear when an F-bod is in front...no matter what.

 

Did you even read my whole post... Maybe even the Title of the post? The only thing i think that you got a "KILL" from is the car that spun out, WHICH IS WHAT WHY THIS POST WAS WRITTEN!!!! If im remembering correctly and i think i am i think what i said about the TT350Z and Corvette is i Stayed on their A$$es, I never once bragged about beating either car!!! The vette was the one that ACTUALLY raced the 350Z! And i assume all the sarcasm stems from embarassment from you talking **** when you didnt know what you were talking about Heck i seriously wonder if you read the post at all?

Ricers tell me all the time they kept up with me...I guess dropping back 4 cars a gear is "Keeping up". Whatever dude....glad I wasted my time. Good luck keeping up with 13 second vettes....like thats a challenge...peace
