Would like to shoehorn one of these kits into a 3rd Gen. Would it be worth my time and my money?

Unless you just like the Wolfe bar for some reason, why not just go with someone that makes one specifically for the 3rd Gen? There are several companies that make them. S & W is one that comes to mind. You can get one directly from S & W or from Spohn Performance.

 

I like the wolfe setup because of the rear bars are designed to go towards the shock towers. Everything I've seen from all the other mfg's, looks as if the rear bars go towards the center of the car and rest on the deck where the gas tank is. Don't like that idea.
