Sometimes when i try to drive it on the highway i feel the converter locking up then unlocking. What could cause my abs relay to start clicking, its new! I tried un hooking all the abs stuff and it still did the same?????????? I cant get help from anywhere so some one here i hope knows.

Possibly the brake pedal switch under the dash on the pedal linkage. That will keep the converter from locking up. Don't know about the ABS relay, though.
