Who makes these shocks?
Gentlemen,
In an on-going quest to find out what the previous owners have done with this car ('98 Z28), I am trying to figure out who makes the shocks. They are reddish-orange in color and have an adjustable **** (turned in) that is about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter located on the lower end of the shock. The springs are black. There are several suspension bushing that appear to be after-market because of the color (red) and condition so it looks like someone did some work on the suspension, I just don't know what!
Also, the Y-pipe is semi-flatened from the manifolds back to the joint, is that stock? The muffler system has some adaptors in line and the car is a bit on the loud side but it does have the factory rectangular exhaust tips so I'm thinking the muffler itself is not stock. Any thoughts?
