Re: Whcih suspension parts first

I'd do SFC connectors first.

I did it in this order:

SFC and shock Bilstein
LCA and Panhard bar
TA
I have lowering springs but I haven't installed them yet

I don't plan on doing any hardcore racing, an occasional trip to the track and of course the stop light wars.

Id say the LCA's and SFC's are first priority reguardless. That would set the car up for what ever you can throw at it.

I am in the market for some SFC's myself..

Re: Whcih suspension parts first

I put hotchkis lower control arms and panhard on my 99 ta and hotchkis stb.
I put kenny brown double diamond subframe connectors on it first suspension mod. I had kenny brown on my old 97 taws6 also.I then added slp eibach lowering springs and kyb agx shocks. Pretty pleased with the 99 stuff. Had random tech adjustable torque arm but took it off thought it was giving me vibration and noise and it was my rear end gears .Wish had it again. Get another one sooner or later. Also have bmr relocation brackets on my 99 .

On my 96z I first went cheap route. 1le control arms and panhard, bmr vert subrame connectors and bmr stb.
I decided the 1le don't help much especially for drag type racing had lots of wheelhop.
I also dropped the vert with hotchkis springs and kyb agx shocks.
I then had worse traction so got bmr relocation brackets bolt ons type and
added spohn lower control arms and adjustable panhard. This helped tighten up the back. The lowering springs seemed to eliminate cowl shake. I didn't really like the plain jain looks of the bmr stb and bought a used hotchkis stb.
I dont' like my bmr vert subframe connectors much either. I plan on maybe cutting them off and going with kenny brown double diamonds on the vert.
I plan on adding shortly adjustable torque arm and some sway bars likely all spohn stuff.
