Whats it worth?

Hey,

I have a friend who has a set of shocks and springs off his 97 SS. They are

the level 2 springs with slp bilstein shocks. They have 60,000 miles on them

I have read there are mixed reviews on the slp bilsteins but i know they will

be an improvement over my worn decarbons.

Trying to figure out what there worth...

Thanks for any input.Interested to see what a prices are metioned...

60K mile shocks aren't worth much IMO.

Those shocks may be just as worn out as your DeCarbons. If it were me, I'd offer him fifty bucks for everything, and thats me being generous.

hey,

Thanks for the replies,

Hey GTP2000, its funny you say that because thats exactly what one of

my friends said when he looked at them. hehe

Oddly enough there is a set on ebay right now, which is what my friend is

selling...

What about the Level 2 slp springs...

I've had a friend or two say that "automotive springs don't wear out". I'm not

an expert but doesn't any spring lose its tension over time with use?

Thanks for any input
