What shocks for the money?

Looking at shocks for handling (not necessarily drag racing). I have had, and liked Bilsteins before. Are they the best? I'd like to see what options I have without breaking the bank. But if I need to spend money to get good ones, I will.

Bilsteins are nice and can be had with special valving. However I wouldn't call them the best, I think the best are the Koni Sport Yellows, although if you can afford Penske remote reservoir shocks that would be wonderful but they are 4 times the cost of the Koni Double Adjustables which are pricey.

Quality and a great price is Bilsteins. Strano has best deal if you ask me.
