What are the pro's and con's of different size wheel front to rear like 17's up front and 18's rear? Also will 18x10.5's fit all around on a 02 Z28?

I would get the same size all the way around. I had 17's in the fronts 18's in the rear for a while. i got rid of them because i hated the fact that i couldn't rotate the tires unless i had the tires removed from the rims. Since almost all 17&18 inch tires for our cars can only spin one direction you have to get the tire switched on the rim to rotate the tires.
