what is this part called?

I torqued down a little too hard on a bolt and broke it. Got it out but i need a new one for it. What is this called though? Ive just been calling it a cross brace.

I think Cross Brace pretty accurate, its only on Verts and helps reinforce the wobbly vert frame I don't think it does a whole lot though, I had mine removed for a time and noticed only a minor more loose feeling on bad road. Convertible Cross Brace maybe? Get the guys at the dealership to bring up a diagram of the vert underside.. it may be tricky for them to find it by name...
