What option is my 01 Z

well this is my 4th time driving my 01 LS1 6speed and i noticed the car doesnt ride stiff but corners flat and recovers very quickly after dips and bumps. I found this unusual because my 01 SS 6speed i had a while ago when i bought it new wasnt doing that even with better rims and tires. So i took a look underneath the car and it had Bilstein shocks on all four corners. The reason why im suprised is i wasnt expecting it because the person whom i bought it from has kept the car completely stock from intake to exhuast and the car inside and out is in mint condition it was an older gentlemen sellinng it to get a Z06.

Is there a way to find out if this was a factory option, do 1LE camaro's come in 01's with bilstein shocks. I know 1LE's have other suspension components like 32mm front sway bar and 21 out back with different shocks but not sure if its bilstein shock or not. Can anyone help is there a location that i can put in my vin number to find out info on my car or other ways of checking. Sorry for the long thread appreciate the help.

Fe2 code

On my 94Z i have this code as well.I thought that the sway bar sizes w/this code would be 30mm front /19mm rear but when i gave the dealer my vin he said the rear was 21mm and the frnt 30mm.

My guess is the original owner had the shocks replaced at some time or iot was a dealer option. Because all factory Cars (except 1LE's) came with Decarbons. The GM Factory 1LE Pkg wasn't available after `00, though SLP was selling a similar setup. Bilstien shocks were available on Firehawks and SS's as part of Pkg that included Progressive rate springs.
