What do you guys think of this suspension setup?

Its about that time again to play with the car's suspension... Tell me what you think of this budget plan.
Car 1996 Z28. Appx. 100lbs removed from the front end. Appx 30 lbs added to the mid/rear portion of the car.

Current mods:
1.) 275/40/17 BF Goodrich G-Force sports (front) and KDW's (rear)
2.) 32mm hollow front swaybar Energy Susp. Poly endlinks
3.) 19mm rear sway bar stock End links
4.) Bilstein HD Shocks front and rear on Stock Z28 Springs
5.)Tubular SFC 2point
6.) Non-Adjustable Poly Panhard rod
7.) Non-Adjustable Poly/Poly lower control arms

Mods I am considering:
1.) 21mm rear sway bar with stock end links
2.) Non-adjustable 3 piece poly-ball bushing lower control arms or something similar from JM or Strano to improve handling over my poly/poly setup.
3.) Energy suspension Upper and Lower A-Arm poly bushing replacements (Do these make the ride harsh/noisy?)
4.) Also considering Koni shocks for the rear but not sure if they are a large enough improvement over the rear HD Bilstein. I see that Strano didn't like the way they were valved.

This car is meant to handle. Straight line traction is secondary to road handling. Lowering springs are not an option .

for the cost i can't see it being that much of an improvement.

probably just using better shocks might help.

the poly/poly bushings are pretty stiff, not sure the ball joint setup would gain you much other than noise.

and won't the stiffer rear bar make more oversteer?

edit...wait...19mm is stock right? yeah that would be a good upgrade probably...as would poly endlinks

Thumbs up

Up front poly sway-bar bushings
In the rear J &M control arms w/poly-ball, replace sway-bar bushings and end links with poly.

I think the biggest difference you'll notice for sure is with the J&M control arms.

If you still not happy with how the rear handles try the rear Koni SAs.

I hate poly so i wouldnt put any in my car. The only place i see a need for it is the sway bar endlinks. So throw some in the rear endlinks.

Go with the strano, JM, or any roded end lca's and koni 4/4's on all four corners. koni's and sfc's were the best two mods i ever did to the car.

Bluz28... are you running the J&M Polyball control arms?

Slomarao did you go from stock decarbon shocks to Koni's or did you upgrade from another type of shock?
