what causes a car to pull to the left or right ?

Well I replaced the tie rod ends and have had a toe in alignement . And still pulls to the left , Have to hold light steady pressure to the right on the steering wheel . ?

Would worn tires cause this much pull ? They are neer worn on the outher edge thread pattern . I have new tires on the way .

Will new front tires probaly fix the pull ? or did they not do the alignment right ? They did not give me a print out and forgot to ask .

also my sterring wheel has alot of play in it , Like it has slack in it before it catchs when i turn . also what about a rag joint does are cars have one ?

many things can cause a pull, if you had new tie rods installed and a wheel alignment an your getting excessive wear on the outer edges then you have bad camber which can cause a pull

You could always rotate your rear tires to the front and see if there is a change. Just because you had the car aligned, doesn't mean it was set correctly. I had to have a shop redo the alignment twice before they got it right (last time I'll use them).

I sure would bring it back. Could you possibly have something bent that could cause it to veer one way?
