What Brake pads to use?

Well, I have everything for my big brake kit via bob bishop brackets except brake pads. Im wondering what to use. I can either use the HP+ pads that a friend of mine will sell me for cost or I can get GM cost for the ZO6 pads. The ZO6 pads are a bit more expensive, but I do a lot of performance driving i.e. canyon running, auto x, track days, etc. but I also use it for daily driving and dont want to have to change the pads all the time. I want to be able to get in my car and just GO!.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: What Brake pads to use?

i have hawks and couldnt be more happy. in the past i experimented with many different brands and hawk was the best for ltx...so i'll use them in my c5 setup. i never tried EBC though and will get them next due to their low dust...which is the only complaint i have with the hawks.
