I have a 97 Z28 with an LT1...im looking to upgrade my front brakes to the LS1 front brakes...im just wondering what would i really need to get? and what the benefits are of upgrading? all input is welcome. thanx

its a dual piston caliper setup compared to single piston caliper on a LT1. Much better than LT1 brakes...night and day i think.

 

Better braking with less fade. They also look a heck of a lot better because they fill up the rim better.

If your interested I will be selling an LS1 front brake set-up with C5 rotors in a few weeks.

Most noticable mod I have ever done to the car.

 

What size rims ya got??? You'll have to have 17" or better to clear the 13" rotors?
