Upper Control Arm Bolts

Need some guidance. I purchased a set of new upper control arm bolts from Classic Industries, and while pull all the parts together for reassembly i noticed they are smaller than the OEM. I realize they are most likely a different material so I'm not worried about strength, however i am worried about seating. The Assembly manual states to 'seat' the bolts before tightening the nuts. The new bolts are to small to seat tightly.

Should I try to find exact size replacements, or stick with the new ones?

Thanks
