upgrade sway bar/endlinks

I was going to upgrade my rear sway bar with a (22mm) out of a 3rd gen that I picked up for $10. The problem that I ran into is that I busted both bolts for the endlinks and one of the hanger bolts on the drivers side. So much for trying to go faster for cheap. I don't know if I have enough cash to upgrade to the umi rear drag bar set up. I did find that umi offers a sway bar instillation kit for a stock rear- $80.00. http://www.umiperformance.com/catalo...npqu5uvah07va0 Should I just go try and pull some endlinks out of a junkyard? My concern is that they'll bust in the same fashion.

Sorry for the delay. I'm sure you're good to go with the Energy end links and u-bolt from the factory.

If you choose to upgrade to our kit eventually, it has the great quality end links plus a massive mounting bracket which can handle anything you throw at it.

Ramey, thanks for the response. I do plan on ordering your sway bar eventually as it received the best reviews from everyone. At this point though the lt1 will just be idle in terms of modifications. I plan on picking up a 98-02 SS and swapping all the suspension components over and then selling the 94z. So far I have bmr boxed sfc's, bmr lca's, bmr relocation brackets, spohn body mount adjustable tq arm, spohn panhard bar, and my next purchase will probably be your umi drag sway bar. Again, appreciate the response.

Re: upgrade sway bar/endlinks

I received my energy suspension endlinks in the mail today and I just wanted to make sure that Summit Racing sent me the right ones in the mail. The part number is 9.8125R. Please tell me this is correct.
