These seem really good for the money. Cheaper than stoptech, includes stainless lines. 43mm caliper.
I would have to the porsche or movit sets but I think there higher. The stoptech looks good. This set has been in a lot of magazines, and the best kit is under 1400 seems like a good deal.
Anybody run these? I read about 3 hours today on brakes. And looking at frax, but seem like there not a ton of posts over there.
It seems go big or not at all and the C5 kit is 800 or so, and its a similar setup.
I just dont' want these kits costing me 400 bucks for a brake pad change down the road.
Thanks guys!

Was thinking of getting powerslot rotors w/ hawk hps pads and saw that you have them on your signature. I would guess that they're better than stock (cuz' these cars have crappy brakes) but were they worth it for the money? You're upgrading, so you've got me wondering.
The hawk pads are much better. Get some ATE fluid and some good rotors.
I sold the lt1 one. The LS1 Brakes are GREAT compared to the LT1, however I'm still thinking of upgrading the stock 2 piston LS1 calipers to the 4 piston set up.
Yes bigger brakes CAN be better, but just remmeber instead of 200 dollars your paying 1000-2000. If I Had the lt1 car still, it would get the LS1 Brake upgrade
So back on topic who has used the SSBC brakes?
