Sway bar bushings

On a '97Z, are the sway bar end pieces the same front and rear? It looks like 10221779 is the same part # for both. I found a 32 mm front sway bar cheap on ebay and I was thinking of replacing the swaybar grommets front and rear at the same time when I changed it out.

I knew the bushings were different. The question was are the grommets on the end links the same. They look like they are.

You are referring to the endlink bushings? They are the same.

IIRC, the complete end links are the same front and back.
