suspension noises

Ok so i have a 94z with all stock suspension and everything has 133k on it, when ever i hit even the slightest dip in the road it sounds like the air dam scraping (which i know it cant be that). It does this only in the winter time i think, im thinking its the shocks but i dont know. ive had slicks on it when at the track (although i think it has nothing to do with my problem) and i have used a TON of Nitrous on the car also, but still i think its just the change in temperatures since the more i drive the less i get the noise and when i get in the car after sitting for a while i get the noise again. ill probably replace the shocks soon with Bilstines or KYB's anyway, but i just wanted to see if any others have this problem and if you think my asumption is true. thanks guys

It could be a combination of the springs and shocks being worn out. With a 133K, that entire suspension from front to back is tired. A full poly bushing set from PST, some stock replacement springs, and Bilsteins on all four corners will get your car to handle like it did when it was new and some.

Thats the nice thing about the PST kit, you don't replace the components themselves, but just the bushings. http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1401

How long do you think it would take to replace all those mounts?
