suspension/chasis maintenance?

i know fbodies have all sealed fittings and no zerk fittings or anything, is there anything i can grease? any bushings or soemthing easy to change? the front sway bar bushings are about a year old with the new sway bar so they are fine, only other thing i changed was the panhard rod.

the reason is the car is 8 yrs old at least, i wanted to see if the ride quality, response, and handling would benefit at all from any little changes i could do. ive heard with a car this old and 50K miles even putting new OEM shocks will make a noticeable improvement but i dont have the money to do that.
